Commercial Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney General The Commercial Enforcement Division of the Attorney General's Office enforces the antitrust laws of the state and participates in multi-state antitrust enforcement. The Division also prosecutes securities fraud, consumer fraud, and other white-collar fraud cases, both civil and criminal. Utah Division of Securities The Utah Division of Securities administers and enforces the Utah Uniform Securities Act.
