ISSUE: Is there a legal requirement that school districts only use materials adopted by the State Board of Education; under what conditions would school districts be required to purchase and use material on the adopted list; and if no state money is used in the purchase, do school districts legally have the autonomy to select an use materials not approved by the state?

||Should the Drivers License Division take administrative action against a juvenile's driving privileges when it receives a juvenile court order and when it receives a record showing a conviction. Conclusion: the juvenile court adjudication does not constitute a "conviction" and therefore the Division should only take action based on the order.|
