Two citizens will receive the Rachael Runyan Award for helping in the safe recovery of a child after an AMBER Alert was initiated on October 6, 2004. The media will also hear the 911 calls that helped authorities locate the child. Also, a new corporate partner will explain how it will enhance Utah's AMBER Alert Plan. |
